Purpose | Biodiversity Assessment Method. The Threatened Entity Profiles were originally developed within OEH to compile information for threatened entities listed under the TSC Act. This data collection supports Property Vegetation Planning (PVP), BioBanking Assessment Methodology (BBAM), Framework for Biodiversity Assessment (FBA), and BioCertification assessment methodologies that were developed to assist in implementing the TSC Act and Native Vegetation Act 2003 (NV Act) legislation. it is proposed that the Threatened Entity Profiles will also be used to support the new Biodiversity Assessment Method proposed under the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Bill. |
