WildCount: Broad-scale, long-term monitoring...
This report summarises the first five years of data collection and analysis, from 2012-2016. It addresses a number of key factors arising from the study thus far, (i) patterns of annual variation and change in occupancy (as a surrogate for change in distribution) of 39 of the most commonly encountered species or taxa, (ii) detectability of 157 species/taxa across approximately 200 study sites, and (iii) an assessment of the overall study design in delivering the stated aims of the study.
